People have been living in an underground society for hundreds of years, believing the outside world is hazardously polluted. A young propaganda artist meets a beautiful girl who has a mysterious blue flower, a sign of Hope. Fighting the fear of uncertainty and death, they decide to embark on a journey to the sky.
