Zainab is a successful girl who supports her family financially, but considers herself a boy inside; therefore, she has decided to undergo sex reassignment surgery. In addition to her family's opposition and the society's inappropriate view of this matter, there is a bigger problem: Zeinab played in Iran's national volleyball team for a while and is now playing in the premium league.
