The true story of the Valkyrie Plot. Driven by hatred towards Hitler, courageous co-conspirators set an intricate plan in motion to bring the Fuhrer to his demise. The most famous attempt to assassinate Hitler came in July 1944. A bomb planted in a suitcase and left in a meeting room explodes and creates great devastation, but as if by a miracle, Hitler escapes with minor injuries. The plotters paid a terrible price for their failure. Almost 5,000 were executed in the wake of Hitler's wrath.
