Way back when, Vivienne Novak (Alexandria McCale) was a promising Hollywood actress; star of the hit teen soap “Lost Angeles.” Arrogant, ultra-confident, and comically abrasive, Vivienne was the worst kind of product mass-produced from the “L.A.” lifestyle, and proud of it. Four years later, however, Vivienne’s career has all but deteriorated after her show was canceled, along with any future job prospects. These days, she’s been busy coasting by on her talent for leeching off whichever suitable mate is willing to foot her bills.
